If They Don't Fit When You Get Them We Replace Them Fast!

If you are considering purchasing a pair of Gurkee's Sandals, congratulations, you have chosen the very best in comfort footwear. Gurkee's Sandals will last a very long time with proper care.

Gurkee's sizes run about the same as your regular tennis shoes so you should order the size you normally wear. If you need a larger Women's size you can order one size smaller in Men's (IE: Women's size 12 = Men's size 11)

When you first receive your sandals, please try them on with the tags still attached. If they do not fit, simply mail them back to us with your name, address and contact information and we will gladly exchange them for you at no cost except the postage. We can't exchange them if they are worn. They must be returned in new condition.

We keep good records, so there is no need to sit on hold or wait for an email return authorization number. Just send them back with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the size that you need. We want you to have your replacements right away so you can start enjoying them. We will ship the replacements the day we receive your return in most cases, and you will have them back to you in approximately 2 days from that date.

We take special care when sending your Gurkees Sandals to protect the original box with an outer layer of shipping material so the box itself doesn't receive any damage or wear. Please try to return them the same way if possible.
