Orders that come in late in the day are shipped the next morning. Most of our domestic packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail which means you will usually receive your order in 2 business days. The standard delivery time among our competition is 6-14 days, unless you pay extra, that's just too long.


Q: Why are your prices so much less than other retailers?

A: Thanks to your continued support and patronage we are able to maintain a high volume of sales. This allows us to purchase well and to pass on the savings to you. Also, we maintain a central location and sell online rather than carry the overhead of a chain of brick and mortar stores, this also is a great savings that we can pass on to you.


Q: How new are your products?

A: The products we carry are new and direct from the factory. They do not go through a distribution network and sit in various warehouses and stockrooms before landing on the shelves, where they sit until purchased. Our stock comes straight from the manufacturers and then straight to you. Because of this fast turnover, you will usually get newer products from us than you can find in any store. However, this is not the case with all e-commerce lotion sites. We are often approached by other websites to "drop-ship" products for them. In other words, they don't stock any products themselves. They don't mention that on their websites. You may not know where your products actually come from or how old they are.
