All
returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested
within 15 days of shipment and must meet the following
guidelines or we will not be able to process them.
If a package is received with damaged products,
please make a list of the products that were damaged
and contact us right away so that we can process
your claim.
If what you received is not what you ordered as
stated on the invoice, contact us and we will make
arrangements to quickly replace the received item
with the invoiced item. Please keep the packaging
and contact us right away.
Lotion Source does not offer any guarantee on closeout
and/or clearance items. We do not take exchanges
on closeout and/or clearance items. If your closeout
and/or clearance item is damaged in shipping we
will replace it if we have that item available when
you contact us, otherwise a store credit will be
issued.
If a you wish to return a product and exchange it
for another item you may do so within 15 days of
the shipping date so long as the product is unopened
and unused per inspection upon return & the
product is undamaged upon arrival at our warehouse.
Lotion Source is not responsible for products damaged
in return shipping, that will have to be settled
between you and shipping company. Once received
and processed, we will issue a paypal request to
you for the cost of shipping the exchanged item,
shipping charges are listed in our shipping
policy. We do not have a restocking fee at this
time.
If
you return an item for any other reason for credit,
the original shipping charges will not be refunded
because the item was shipped to you, however, we
will issue a credit for the cost of the item returned.
