be shipped the following day. You will receive
your order 2 days from the date of shipping in
most cases. Orders received late Friday or during

Every
effort is made to ensure that the items on
the web site are available and in stock. In
rare cases you may have a backordered item
or an item that has been discontinued. In
most cases your order will be shipped and the
backordered and/or discontinued
Item will be
marked on your invoice.
If the backordered item is over $20.00, and we
have already shipped the balance of your order,
then we will ship the item to you at no additional
cost when it arrives in our warehouse. If your
backorder total is under $20.00 then we will
contact you and issue a credit.
If you receive a damaged item or if there was
a mistake on your order please refer to our
return policy.
Every effort is made to accomodate holiday shipping
